As a full time, summer 2017 intern with OC Weekly, Olivia Sever was responsible for editing copy in articles written for many sections of the publication. She also covered for a full time permanent employee copy writer during vacation absences.

After working several months as a staff editor at USC's school newspaper, the Daily Trojan, Olivia Sever has been promoted to the position of Copy Chief on the newspaper's Senior Editorial Staff. Olivia and her staff of editors are responsible for all final copy editing decisions in the daily publication.
